Who are the technical characters?

Knock out the mean stuff!

Yes, we do have experts on call with all kinds of stuff to learn about if you ask them, be legit about your pursuit of “the way” though.

You ever lose real bad and don’t know when and where everything went wrong?

Then even the game taunts you post KO, like so:

The books are out of print, somebody said there’s an intermediate and expert one called the “GAMEST MOOK” out there. That isn’t even a book! WTFux is a mook?

Well, take a gander at this picture, lots of pros in this one, even from Soul Calibur 2 (H [S]ome[/S] onzo G [S]ame[/S] onzo reported the record W-L, of that player once) with a custom, Skeletor character. That’s allowed sometimes Namco enjoys letting players make their own characters with likeness to things they enjoyed or represent. She may have also known about “The Greater Force,” whatever that is. Be careful though and hope its not some spell and clutching you like a “Klingon” grip. Also in there are some places and things to see if you’re looking out for everything possible on your journey.

Now that shirtless old man in the middle, Roshiheekari or some sorta “Master Roshi” if you will, looks like he can’t make sense of that Book. Brady GGGames. Tournament Strategies? “COMBOS TO KNOW?!” Its the one book in the world provided to your region I’m willing to bet, and while its an okay guide, Roshi knows a little bit more about the game, things that are not in the 2005, out of date book.

All of that goes against everything he’s learned out on the streets. In the dingy Game Spaces, whether Vegas, Leebros, mi- ka- & do-, Shibuya having sportsclub lands, Shinjuku and its gang from 'nam style, and especially GAME SPOT VERSUS. That one is where to get some skills as its a rare commodity being what is known in Japan as a “Smokeland.” Mysterious place that may not let in an outsider to all its riches and even if boobery and tomfoolery is present, there’s enlightenment and becoming a better man if you manage to find your way in…

I don’t know where I’m going with this, so lets cut to the chase and just checkout some of his programs and contacts to find the master himself for some 1 on 1 sessions:

Ignore me giving Roshi a hard time in any of those and stopping the forward progress of recruits and white belts. Even belts from other schools and martial arts clubs can go ahead and come thru, having known some Fighting for the Future already. He’d probably enjoy you having previous experience and not being completely green. Prepare for BATTLE!

none of the stuff i said was untrue. This game is technical. Most characters have technical and execution reliant things they can do. I provided examples. All of these can be tested in-game. nonsense my ass.
and i am not on the same level as this forum’s fake roshi. I’ve never even seen forum roshi play this.

if you want nonsense, check out akuma hax’s whack syntax. -.-. dude just speak whatever (probably asian) language you speak. get someone better than google translate to help you with english.

this is why my tag is “bye”.
I legitimately answered the op’s question, and I get ragged- and I did a much more thorough job than the lot of you. Meanwhile, akumahaxxor here wakes at 5 AM to murder English; literally spouting nonsense, and gets nothing.

STFU scrub.

“play (the damn game)”

Thanks for the “Ryu unblockable” in the Ryu thread though. You said it somewhere else as a strategy but I don’t think we noticed til you put it in the Ryu thread. We have to keep up with Ken and his new “unblockable.”

3s forum keeping it classy

Man, in this game? I would say every character.

URIEN and YUN. Simple enough.

  • Alex

Combo Characters(many difficult and character-dependent combos to memorize)

  • Dudley
  • Yun
  • Urien

  • Akuma
  • Makoto
  • Ryu
  • Ibuki
  • Remy
  • Necro
  • Twelve

Patient Characters(sluggish movements, slow pace matches, mainly focused on pokes, high defensive skills are mandatory)

  • Hugo
  • Q
  • Elena

Worst Character(In Tougeki’s six year run*, the one character that has never appeared once in the main tournament)

  • Sean

*This list was possibly created at around 2008, so it may be outdated since the game has evolved quite a bit since then.

looks right to me. Sean still sux

Ryu should be down there with Sean since basically Ryu is an improved version of Sean without the basketball…

Yeah, but with that thinking you might as well put Urien down there with Q, since he’s basically a better Q with a fireball. :stuck_out_tongue:

that list is bad,

chun and gouki are the only technical characters.

everyone else should be down there with sean.:sunglasses:

on a semi serious note…elena should be in her own class, “Jungle”

seriously she doesnt fit with hugo and q imo

i think the game is technical and it’s the different players that are not very technical.

Spoiler

I’m going to throw soo many Denjins, with new power, at you circle mashing fatguys with crouch RoundhouseAss moves. And you will deal with it!

confused sidewinder with circlemasher.

Technical foul

I think Elena is in there because shes a poke character, tho sluggish and slow paced she is not

Inever got used to her normals. Just the ferris wheel kick was always real easy to react to and parry.Rinohorn too, I would make sure to use makoto for the match up and just dp her every rhino horn.

Elena’s game: poke, throw, annoy, Super for like 45%. She’s not necessarily “sluggish”, but her pokes aren’t nearly as quick as most of the other characters.

These days I’d probably have her be “technical”, but I think she’s above having to resort to tricks since her ground game is a lot better than people give credit. That’s just me talking. :V

I don’t think Elena’s technical. She’s a poker with an amazing throw, one good combo, and two good supers. A third good super against Hugo. That’s about it.

Not saying she’s easy but I consider technical to be the number of good options you have that can mindfuck. And Elena’s mostly poke, Kara, then punish.
