I am asking this because I’ve seen tier list from professional players and they kinda don’t look the same. My friend is telling me that Storm is in the top 10. Can anyone make a list of UMVC3 characters who are CLEARLY higher tier than Storm? And then another list which is CLEARLY lower tier than Storm?
