I don’t know what is or isn’t scrubby about ryu’s denjin. I have never really thought it to be too dangerous, even when I’d play Frankie or Yi. It takes a lot of effort to make it happen and it’s not like throwing it out randomly would work. As for nowadays, I don’t see anyone using it effectively outside of laggy conditions.
