The only one of those that I would consider to be non-white food is chitlins. I’m from the foothills of NC (from a town with a black population of like…3) and everyone eats greens and cornbread.

Latino seems to be a term used for North Americans to label Latin Americans. It’s not a race. It could also have a broader meaning (anyone who speaks a latin based language)
Hispanic seems to get confused with latino, although it’s for people who has Spanish as their mother toungue I guess.
Cholo can have different meanings around Latin America. It mainly means mestizo (mixed blood) which is a good description of many Latin Americans.
As for white people /Caucasians. I think people from (West to East) Portugal to India are considered Caucasian. Some Caucasians have a tan.
