Be-all end-all srsface post:
- The clinic fucked up, and should have to pay for their fuck-up.
- They chose a donor based on them looking like the two lesbians. Even if they received the sperms of the wrong white dude, they should still have to pay out the ass.
- It’s not right to label the mommies as racist. They never said “we hate black people” or anything of the sort and their concerns about their daughter being the one black kid in the region is valid.
- The kid is two years old at this point. It’s not like they’re trying to trade her back in for a baby of equal or greater value.
- There’s no graceful way to say “they didn’t want a black kid” in legal speak. It’d be a pretty weak lawsuit if they said “well, we’re totally ok with how everything turned out except…”
I can’t thelp but feel that half of SRK is mad that these people didn’t want black blood in their family. Almost as if their Jimmie’s where rustked.
Like I said what could have they done? Ask for an abortion on the merit of “it’s a Nigga”, isn’t it illegal to terminate on the grounds of deformation? And put up for adoption? That’s equally as fucking harsh.
So if they did end up with the white kid they wanted, would they be fine raising them in such an allegedly horrible community that probably made their lives a living hell? Would there be a desire to move and expose them to a more diverse neighborhood?
That shit doesn’t add up. If that was such a concern for them then they should have moved long before they went jizz shopping.
The reason they didn’t move is more than likely the same reason their jane’s are rustled concerning the kid: they’d have to deal with minorities.
I feel, if nothing else, these two women are about to learn an important lesson in race relations.
When their racist friends in their chosen town start to treat their daughter differently because of the way she looks, maybe they will examine their own values.
Was thinking the same thing. What about ol racist uncle who seems to let the racial epithets flow like wine? Why is it cool if hes around your white kid but not your mixed race kid? They defo didn’t think some of their justifications through all the way.
I think you guys missed the point which is usual for this sub 75 iq forum. It’s not about racism, it’s that they’re worried their child will question it’s own upbringing and feel different which is a valid concern with the fragile psyche of a child. You’d obviously want have your child feel accepted everywhere but let’s face it, we have black people today (obviously not all but with the recent events) saying they’re being oppressed and shit when literally nothing is happening to them. Most of this comes from the fact that we’re cultivating a society based upon singular opinion cases rather than information and facts as a whole. Dangerous mindset for* anyone*, and imagine that mindset of a child where they think because they look different compared to everyone else around them including their parents.

I only read the articles, didn’t watch the videos… but isn’t the intent of the lawsuit getting money to move to a better neighborhood, make sure the child’s best interests are met, and get help being good parents since they realize they need help? The fact that people are overlooking those things speaks loudly of how bad the interview must make the moms look.

On a serious note though, who gives a shit about the race of the baby here. It doesn’t matter if the clinic even fucked up and the donor was white instead of black, a mistake is a mistake and they have a right to take action to a certain degree.
