For one thing it’s more likely for a white person to get a job in America than it is a black person. A white guy will get hired over a black guy more often than not. Even if the white guy has a criminal record he’d still get hired ahead of the black guy without it. That’s just one instance of racial disparity. I’m talking of course in the sense that both parties are equal in the abilities to perform the job and both are qualified.
My mom is half french, half native. My dad is european (Polish, Yugo mostly). So yeah, I’m white. I don’t do that one drop bullshit that some races love to pull out. I’m translucently white, and the only fucker who burns faster around here is probably Val.

Simply put any form of discrimination is unacceptable and should be treated with disgust no matter what race the person (or organisation if it is within company hiring policys or some ****) perpetrating it is, no matter what race the victim is and no matter how their ****ing great great granddads or whatever were likely to be treating eachother when they were alive.
And when discrimination is happening, those cases and the people perpatrating it should be dealt with harshly, discrimination shouldn’t just be thrown out in the opposite direction as a quick and lazy option to make things look fair without actually treating the problem.
