Hugo is looking like one of her easiest matchups since she can keep him out for free, not to mention she actually has defensive tools to get out of his mix up game. Same goes for Rufus, it’s not like she’s forced to deal with dive kicks due to lack of defensive options. And what is Ryu going to do against Poison? c.:mk: me to death? It’s as even as a matchup can be, most likely.
But I digress. I’m really curious about the frame data on WoL though, I’m just not sold on the whole “it’s not safe at all” thing, specially after seeing her blocking fast jabs and DPs as soon as she recovered. Also, over 1000 replies, we in there.

That was the worst review of Poison. Ever.
He knew like jack shit about what she can actually do, it’s like he hopped into training mode for 15 minutes to see all of her normals and specials and then rambled his opinions on them. That’s not an analysis… He didn’t even mention her backflip or overead elbow.

She has 950 health I just tested it. So you guys can drop the low HP rumor now.
First hit of Rekka is safe on block second one isn’t. I’m not gonna read through this entire thread (holy shit 20+ pages) so reply with any burning questions you need answered. I can’t answer frame data questions besides rough estimates. Right now it looks like her LK dp is 3 frames. Don’t hold me to that though!

Are all versions of her first rekka safe? Can you test the invincibility on her DPs? Could you also try linking normals after her LP and EX fireballs midscreen?
Its something i wanted to run since the gem build. But i have other ideas for gems on the backburner. I just want to know if her WoL is safe or not.

Judging from her Analysis video, ex fireballs push her opponents too far away to follow it up.
Hmm. I don’t remember seeing EX fireballs outside of the corner combo the video showed.
Hopefully the LP version doesn’t have that much pushback.
