Yeah but you’re on the high end of the skill ladder in Marvel. This thread is about characters the take low skill to play. Maybe at that highest level Magneto is the scrubbiest/most random/easiest to win with, but at a low/beginner level he is not. You play with top comp all the time, where anyone can land a cr. short or a random Psylocke trade and win with that. But realize that random scrubs (not random scrubs at CTF, I mean random scrubs who can to magic series and that’s about it), will not be able to do that.

plus low ranked character (Anji, Testament… ) could take down top ranked (Slayer, Eddie… ) just as easy in this game, so ranking is pure stupidness. So dont bother

FYI he is D, in arcadia. And gee, it doesn’t mean he’s shit. If you talk about tier, there is high tier and low tier. It doesn’t mean anji is a pathetic piece of crap where he can’t rack up any wins. Dun be sensitive plz. But it does mean that it takes a HELL lot more effort to win. Compare Chipp with Sol. Chipp has great rush down, but to deal damage it takes effort. Knocking a person down means crap, despite your gamma traps, and FDC cross up options. Your chances of gettin’ damage in those scenarios is at best 30%. Your high damaging combos can only be achieved from pressure. And chances of ppl farkin’ up in your pressure to get hit by powerful combo, is about 10%. Say you are Sol. A counter hit VV whips you 200+ damage. A throw whips you 150 damage. Ppl farkin’ up in your gunflame pressure is about 50%. Ppl farkin’ up in okizeme is also around 50%. That is the difference between high and low tiers.
tiers matter, but skill can still cover most of the differences. Too bad it’s only most, and not all. That’s why im lookin’ forward to ggxx slash. :tup:
