Which Stick Should I use?

I am thinking of getting an arcade stick but the only ones in my budget ( 40 ) which i could find are below. Any advise on what should I get? Also any other better sticks in the same price range are welcome.

i would get the first one, its made by elecom/mayflash, their ps2/ps3/pc compatible and they can be modded later on
