Capcom Fighting Jam.
Capcom vs Sammy.
On-topic, I think we can all agree dis iz all 'bout dat madden.
I think there’ll be two equal communities for once since both have an interest in it, doesn’t make much sense for one group to be all about it while the other isn’t if they both enjoy it equally. Of course this, in the end, depends on how much of Capcom’s influence ends up showing through because so far it’s looking to be mostly Arc’s show.
Could Capcom buy out ArcSystems if they wanted to?
No because EA will buy out both of them and make dat Madden vs. Capcom vs. ASW son…
Capcom By out Arc? I dunno I think Sega would do it first…and then force them to do an arcade port of Bleach DS.
this all really depends on the new passing mechanics
son
So, when is AH coming out?
It looks like a lot of people don’t know what I was getting at.
Coverage means a complete section dedicated to it in the SRK strats section. In Dustloop’s case a sub-forum like what was done for Hokuto no Ken.
The game whose name should remain nameless is SvC Chaos, hence the whole Capcom title/related title that was not developed by them.
And yes, Michael Vick is broken, especially with Pacman Jones assist.
EDIT: Madden is too good.
EDIT again: Pacman Jones is still too broken.
i’ll kick your ass if you play that trash
well personally i feel that si–OH SHIT DAT NEW MADDENS COMING OUT?
Vick is obviously broken.
If it ever grows that big. It’ll take hella time though,so I won’t count on it getting its own section or anything.
Oh yeah, and Vick is Broke Tier.
Just sneak with him every down…
Developing a scene has nothing to do with it, it’s a new Capcom game plain and simple and one developed by Arc.
Did HNK have to grow big to get coverage? Nope.
Or how about two of the worst games of the generation in CFJ and SvC, did those require time in order to be looked at (sadly) a serious light? Nope.
And the dog killing scandals will only make Vick stronger.
I thought you meant as in the indepth Sections that we have here.It can get big,but even MeltyBlood and Arcana Hearts are big and they don’t even have their own sections here.
Anything is possible though, because Basara is huge over in Japan, and being made by two of the biggest names in the 2D industry is a sure way to get hype, and to build up a series.
Have you heard about the new Dog Fighter:Alpha 2 game that is coming out?If your Dog is losing a fight you can call on Vick for a morale assist, but if you lose the fight
I did mean as in indepth sections, I guess you either don’t remember or weren’t here when SRK had indepth sections for SvC (with COMPLETE Character forums) AND CFJ.
Melty Blood has its own forum in Meltybread, and a few others and I tried doing the same for Arcana Heart but that didn’t go anywhere so I just closed the forum until people care again (sheyah right, maybe when hell freezes over :looney: ).
I wasn’t here long enough for that, but hell if that’s the case then I guess anything is possible
Where’s the option for that EA Marvel title?
Nah. I don’t think ASW would sign a contract, no matter how much money was tossed their way.
After finally freeing themselves from the clutches of Sega-Sammy, ASW probably has no interest in being tied down to any one else, especially not a big publisher all over again.
I mean, it just makes it better for them overall. They get to operate autonomously, work with the companies they want as they please and get to have more of a say in what games they want to work on as well as when they can be released. For instance, it’s no real secret that the main reason why the HnK PS2 port was delayed as long as it was, ended being mainly attributed to Sega wanting ASW to coordinate with their HnK marketing blitz that occurred earlier this year.
So, ASW being free men probably is just for the better of them being able to truly take their rightful place as being basically the “Capcom of the 90s…TODAY!”. We wouldn’t have gotten the likes of Sengoku BASARA X, Battle Fantasia for the Taito X2 or even the new Super Dodgeball game coming for the DS later this year, if ASW was tied down to one publisher.
Madden characters move like robots. Uh… son.
