Which kara is faster? f+short or f+roundhouse

I noticing some jap sagats throwing some tiger shots and have enough recover to kara uppercut whenever their opponent jumps over the fireball.

now im wondering. which kara uppercut comes out faster? the f+short or f+roundhouse?

Just some advice, saying “japs” is a racist term for Japanese people. Use JP/ JPN or something.
