Which is the best version of Street Fighter Alpha 3?

HI guys,
some year ago I had street fighter alpha 3 for PS1 and it was really good, with all the new characters and world tour mode and so on.
Now, currently which is the best version of this game? I know that it is released for Dreamcast, Saturn and PSP too.
THe PSP version is the “max” version of the game, with 3 additional caracters and additional modes: is this the best version? And what about the DC and Saturn version?

I would like to buy the best version of this game

If you don’t care about World Tour mode, then Alpha Anthology for PS2 is probably the best.
