Which game has the most active online (PC/PS3)

Like the title says I’m looking for a game with lots of active online players because I recently got in to fighting games via P4A and Injustice and I’m loving the gameplay but finding the online experience to be very lacking. I thought I’d hate the lag more than anything but the real problem is that I get bored waiting for matches, and they’re so short, often shorter than the waiting times, they rarely feel worth it.

P.s. Please warn me if a game’s about to be superceded by a sequel since I’d rather just wait if that’s the case.

P.p.s. I’m in England if that makes a difference.

Dunno about PS3 but on PC USF4 is by far the most active game and it has the biggest following of players across all platforms including offline.

Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, and Blazblue CP have active multiplayer on PS3. If you liked P4A you will enjoy them. Plus Arc system works game’s have some of the best connection / netcodes for fighting games.

Thanks, but I already bought USF4 so I’ll stick with that for a while. It’s pretty brutal though. I finally managed to win my first match just now, but I got the 50 multiplayer matches achievement for it as well. XD

Skullgirls PC community is very active. .the game is always going on sale on steam…just missed one last week for like 5 bucks…

Wouldn’t be surprised if USFIV on PC has the biggest one out of the two systems. Then again my the PS3 might be bigger.
