I’ll be the first to agree. I’m not saying Taskmaster is broken or overpowered, he’s just REALLY solid because not only does he have a huge health pool and does a ton of damage in combos while maintaining a keepaway game most of the cast can’t do shit about if he’s covered by an assist, but his normals and command normals have gigantic fucking hitboxes that basically negate any need to be careful when pressing buttons
Oh I agree you should feel that way, with the new game coming there is no downside to his move set. What I love most about him is his guard breaker. The moment a player jumps in and you use an assist like tenderizer or otherwise, to keep them in blockstun, say good bye to that char. I haven’t seen too many players utlize that move but I believe it will be used more, I know I’m trying since I hate turtles.
Wesker. No point in listing them, since we all know why…but one guy I know loves this character and cosplays as him all the time while using him. Does nothing but put troll Wesker qoutes on Facebook too. Even more reason to shoot this asshole.

Dante, Wesker, and Magneto. Wesker’s just totally brain dead. Magneto and Dante, while they have intermediate combos, have such good and effective tools that just work.
While playing against a good Magneto is really good blocking practice, it’s not fun at all when he ends all of his combos with gravity squeeze.
Dante can swing wildly from half screen and connect a combo. He’s allowed to do really stupid things and cancel them into all safe moves. He says things that a nine year old bully would say. Fact: 95% of Dante players don’t actually know when they’re going to cross you up with IADF medium or heavy.
tasks is fine capcom no nerf please. he is solid all round Shield Skills is -11 can be punished but also cancel in to arrows 
Task is the only character that seems like he’s pretty much cut and paste out of Vanilla outside of maybe some slight nerfs to his bnb’s. Supposedly he’s going to have the exact same health and otherwise get buffs. He’s rather easy to pushblock away or XF guard cancel without assists any way.
I like your posts and agree with pretty much all of them, but I just don’t think that he deserves buffs or deserves to keep his current self in the face of the nerfs of the other really good characters. He is a tank that has great keepaway and high priority and a long ranged throw that leads into a super that for some reason does like 50% of your life. His arrow super is also extremely versatile and a great punisher. I honestly think he’s just a little too good atm, but it’s overshadowed by some of the other characters. There is no way in hell I’m going to let capcom buff taskmaster. I will kidnap Nitsuma if I have to!
I don’t think he should purely be buffed either. He could stand at least a 100k health nerf for the stuff that he’s getting unless they really killed his bnb’s hard or something. Especially with his ability to self TOD the entire cast on a hit. He has the damage potential and hit boxes of a top tier but just not quite the mix up or pressure for it. Which in Ultimate with the supposed command grab he’s getting that could really help in that department.
Right now the only issue is that most of his strengths lose to the current meta game of Marvel which is choose characters with a bunch of broke normals that can mix up like crazy and teleport past zone whenever they want with a covered assist and have some invincible level 1 or level 3 super that gets them completely through zoning. Making Task really solid but not crazy good like he would be if it was Marvel 2 or something where every character actually had to somewhat deal with strong zoning.
No one particular character bothers me, I just hate how I know what someone is going to attempt to do before I play them.

there is a reason task, wesker, spencer, skrull and others have the high health character with rapid cr.lp especially can mess them up X-23, wolverine, ryu etc just keep mashing that jab. there mobility is also slow, wesker main movement is teleport and wave dash, spencer zipline…
it’s crazy people are forget she hulk is more of a terror with her semi safe slide and rapid light jab, armour, speed, jump C (180 degree) kick, she just not a likeable character compare to Wesker, bionic arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Except Akuma. I absolutely hate it when people spam tatsu and his beam hyper like it’s the only attack he has. For this is the reason why I use Trish.

When i first got this and hopped online, Sentinel was scary as hell… 1.4 mill health, Godly assist (easily top 5), amazing lvl 3 X-factor where he was faster and stronger, and at the time I didn’t have the amazing combos I have now at my disposal. He was very scary, you had to hit him with two solid combos and half his punishable stuff wasn’t even punishable in X-factor. -

He was just too good and easy to use online, while most other characters have combos that are easy to drop in lag. -
Trish (Theory)
Before the game was released I hated her from just watching people play with her, I thought that she would be such a beast and too difficult to deal with… then she was never a problem. The pro’s hyped her up.
Lucky for me i played my first beast Zero a week ago at my friends and as a zero user, Zero’s bullshit doesn’t even piss you off as much, there’s certain moments where you can punish that bastard, you can zone him when his buster isn’t fully charged and fighting him is like playing a mini game.
LOL Man I know how you feel I think us thor players have a natural disdain for the shorter members of the cast. Like why in the blue hell does my combo work on everyone else but Ammy? Everything I do Joe can just waltz under… god i hate their short asses.
Edited to add, Yea I completely agree with everyone about taskmaster. With everyone else in the cast getting nerfs and him being buffed he may wind up being the go to guy. I think him and Spencer will fare much better and they were already good to begin with.
