Akuma gives me nightmares. My nightmares are full of full screen supers chipping me to death. Dantes that dont know what they are doing. theres almost nothing more annoying that a spamming dante. Zoning Magnetos with sent/ironman assist makes me drop my controller.
its not that I have no problem with any character (even phoenix lol) I have a problem with the other player.

Inc a flood of Vipers who complain about playing difficulty implying that she’s a bad character without the harder shit.

I somewhat agree, but I can understand the risk involved in attempting to become more technical with her. She’s surely A- Tier even without anything fancy.

Either way I was just being sarcastic. Even Chrisis let it slide so who am I to put somebody on blast over a character I suck with.
Well now I feel like an ass (Not that I don’t believe Viper is still a solid character even without the harder tech). I’ll edit that post to be a bit less brash.
On Topic: Dante might require more execution than Wolverine, but it’s nothing short of what MvC2 veterans pulled off in high-end play.
Best explanation I’ve got is this: Viper doesn’t need the really hard stuff to be a solid character, probably around mid-tier. If you want her to be gdlk though that’s where you have the crazy jump cancels, focus cancels, tk’s, etc.
Like I said I couldn’t get anywhere with her so I’m not claiming to be an expert. Now I’m just contradicting my earlier thing about not bringing it up lol.
i hate haggars winning stance with the english voice… its so lame and corny. i hate myself enough anytime i can get thru two characters with haggar only to lose to him, him apologizing that he didnt mean to beat me so badly tho makes a vein appear in my forehead.
Here’s what pisses me off about certain characters when I’m playing said characters:
Morrigan: If I’m working this hard to break 500k I expect a paycheck, Capcom.
Viewtiful Joe: Must I really molest people to slow them? Couldn’t I just, you know, not?
She-hulk: Green women should never be this attractive.
Deadpool: SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.
Viper: So, I’m spamming Seismos until – alas! – I get a TK uppercut, launching me into the middle of the screen, with no cover, and now here comes fucking Haggar, fucking Haggar, who proceeds to whack the MILF with his large, invincible pipe until she faints. Fuck you, Capcom.

Akuma: Doing a demon flip is the equivalent of aggressively thrusting one’s pelvis at an angry bull while totally naked.
Phoenix: This character is fucking stupid.
Just played again a team of Wesker/Zero/Dante online, and realized that all three of these guys get under my skin for the same reasons.
Wesker has Phantom Move, a.k.a. Baby’s First Cross-Up.
Zero has Hienkyaku, a.k.a. Baby’s First Cross-Up.
Dante has Air Trick, a.k.a. Baby’s First Cross-Up.
its also completly unoriginal, I can just imagine someone buying mvc3… im going to play just capcom characters cause they are the coolest huuurrrr!!!
just fought against sentinel/wolverine where wolverine would get one hit and air tag into sentinel for a 1 hit kill, sentinel+xfactor is so easy a caveman can do it(this guy diddnt do any advanced combos either like using flight) on my 6 loss in a row he raped zeros dead body with sentinel, hey im all for robot on robot action but that is just stupid
Wolverine players that rely on sentinal assist. Any team that RELYS on haggar/tron assist. The spamming of akumas tatsu both assist or in point just because they can. Oh and my favorite team I come across in frequent succession wesker/ haggar or tron/ phoenix. I always find ways to beat them they just annoy me and force me to play a patience zero thus creating a salty loss on their part. Ironic

I do so hate Joe’s slow move. Can’t he just slow them?
Considering how many people have pure Marvel teams (Wolverine/Sentinel/Pheonix, Magneto/Storm/Sentinel), it’s not something I find that bad.
Is there any surprise that almost all of the top tier characters in the game can teleport, or at least have teleport-esque attacks?
I guess phoenix because she’s just annoying to play against. Like it’s not even fun anymore.
