I was gonna do the C rank with every character achievement and thought I’d start with the easiest character… did it with Ryu didn’t take long…
Did it with Blanka… so easy… beat 4 guys with 10kbp + just doing basic Blanka garbage (y)
Step 1: Pick a character who can punish headbutts (like Cody with MK Ruffian).
Step 2: Punish that fullscreen headbutt online Hondas like to open the match with.
Step 3: Profit as they flap about in confusion.

not going to jump in too much into your debate, but tkcs was like +15 or something
rufus cant hit confirm his lows into real combos, so up back and mash backdash are legit escapes. adon is at - frames on his ground jag kicks, and his air version has a wierd arc for re-applying pressure. makoto cant walk, and the low dive from juri does 40 damage with no hit confirmable follow up options. she might get ultra 2 in the corner(?). ae yun is a good comparison, but he got nerfed too, and sakura is 0 on block after lk tatsu

Also Rufus can’t really combo much off it, doesn’t have a very fast and high priority shoryuken and many, many frame traps/hit confirms…
Yun is decent but sucks quite a bit now because his damage output is not that good. AE he was a pain…
Adon’s kick sucks, you can anti it with cr hp with Sakurra I know that… no doubt every other character could react easily with a reversal option…
Makoto’s is decent but really can’t do THAT much off it… she also has no dp or good wake up options of any sort…
Juri’s divekick sucks seriously unsafe… can’t even combo into anything except EX version…
Sakura’s l tatsu is solid, but not really a divekick and you can shoryuken her if you see it coming…
Cammy’s a really, really, REALLY good character.
Can somebody please tell me what’s so good about Cammy? As far as I can tell, she only has good normals, unfair dive kicks, hits hard, and is hard to block.

Also she has a small hitbox…
