For me it is between Boxer and Dhalsim. Mostly because I just find them so annoying to play against.
Boxer - focus, neutral jump. rinse and repeat. Dhalsim is another talk though.

Haken is another one BUT that’s because I don’t play that character often so Im mindfucked half of the time against a good one.

-Cammy Annoying frametraps Stupid Auto correct on Cannon Spike Hella easy to play i dont even want to explain how fu#king annoying she is
-Ibuki Ibuki players online are like gouken players why? because they’re desperate to get a grab or a knockdown to start that annoying kunai mixup thats impossible to deal with online especially some characters who have HORRIBLE backdashes (CODY)
-Gouken Fireball obstacle course mash grab all day
-Balrog,most balrogs usually start the match 2 ways,1 they dash punch so if it hits you or you block it they’ll just go to the other end of the screen and hold downback all day waiting for you to come to him. 2 they do Tap and if you block it they’ll dash punch.
-Blanka ,seeing blankas face at the vs screen alone Makes me salty.I Swear most blankas start the match with a light Blanka ball and when it whiffs they grab and after the grab they start that annoying hop grab/Electricity shit
-Seth jesus christ this character is ridiculous im kinda surprised no one knew how good he was in vanilla he has mix ups for days you basically have to play a guessing game with him
-Guile back in Vanilla i use to Cheer for this character since he was the underdog,he couldnt keep up in the fireball wars and the hitbox on his moves were bad or something but now hes just a Freaking pain if you jump his SB he can air grab or kick you out the air if you jump his SB he can HP you most of the trades are in his favor
-Deejay…Fuck this guy
-Sakura i like this character and all but shes annoying most people online just Hold downback and wait for you to come to them you cant jump in on here cause she has that godlike C.Hp and walking near her you have to worry about that low forward.she also has that annoying tatsu
-Ken herp derp jab jab Karagrab EX tatsu combo and while getting hit by that move you have to guess whether he will grab you or shoryu or nothing.but if your doing good against ken they will always go for the EX air tatsu
-Honda Most hondas online use turbo so i wont even bother

Welp, there’s a few characters I have a beef with in this game.

This guy is probably my most hated. As a Cammy player, I hate fighting grapplers in the first place so it doesn’t help that this guy is pretty much the best one in the game. I always find it hard to tech his throws for some reason, and his divekick seems to put me under a lot of pressure for some reason.
Dhalsim
Yes, most people think of him as just a grappler killer. But in the right hands, he’s actually pretty balls out. Watching videos of him like this one make me want to try out the character as a sub.

Oh god, this guy always gets the best of me. He’s way too sporadic usually for me to even tell what’s he’s going to do next, which results in lots of mixups and fuck ups on my part in general. Very annoying to fight when the player knows what they’re doing.
