I seriously need to know who booted up their first copy of SF4 back in '09, got to the character select screen, saw blanka and said;
“THAT’S THE GUY.”

There is really no reason to hate Blanka if you are playing offline.

Cammy. Not particularly because I find her difficult to beat (though I do, both of my characters have a hard time with her), but because she bores me to death. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to use her, honestly. That, and low-level players that dickride her because she is considered top-tier/because she has a low hitting special.
Holy fuck I just started playing ranked, and jesus.
Okay usually in endless I face a diverse range of characters (albeit there are a lot of people trying to learn cammy, as scat cat says, because she’s top tier).
But seriously, tell me it’s not just me. 75% of my matches are against Ryu players, always with around 600pp and 3000bp, showing they play a lot and suck. Some of them even use the inky colour to show their devotion to the game. They throw incredibly unsafe fireballs all the time, metsu on wake up, do full screen tatsu into uppercut. It’s so fuuuuucking boring.
Also one other thing. When I first got the game (in about august 2011) I played ranked to learn the game. At that time, all the crap people were either using evil ryu (me) or ken (you know, flowchart ken). But I cannot believe that in about 50 games of ranked so far, I have faced only 1 flowchart ken. Where did they all go?
It may be that they saw the tier list and all switched to ryu, but I thought that if you’re gonna look up tier lists you must be able to play the game at a decent level, no?
Yep, so my most hated characters now are RYU, viper (all viper users online are arseholes as well), CAMMY (in endless around 50% of the people I face have like 3200pp but 0bp with cammy, trying to get on the top tier train, SETH for being the biggest piece of shit in the world, el fuerte (obv), and ibuki (obv)

Also, El Fuerte is fucking annoying.
Vortex characters, but in particular, CAMMY. Cr.Lp, Cr.Mp, Spiral Arrow…did I hit? If yes, proceed to dive kick and do the same combo. If no, mash Cannon Spike as it’s virtually unpunishable online.
Also, FUCK SETH AND IBUKI. Cap’s to highlight my rage.
Yoyo, the only reason Ryu turned evil is because Daigo always loses to Dhalsims when he uses Ryu.
So now, he’s gonna turn into Evil Daigo.
I have a newfound hate for Viper.
Not good Vipers, just the really scrubby flow chart ones.
I played some guy yesterday, and honestly, all he did was c.Lp overhead throw dash repeat. And then, after three throws I started teching so he started doing c.Lp thunder knuckle.
And the worst part is there was nothing I could do about it.
This. This is the last hour-or-so of my life. LagCammy is awful.
I hate Oni, too - a character made entirely of gimmicks, used mostly by people who can’t be bothered learning how Street Fighter works…
I share your salt in regards to Oni. Oni has amazing combos, but I hardly ever seem them, people try to treat him like Wolverine, SMH.
