Ryu. It’s always the same. Some characters are tougher, but whenever I come across a good Ryu or Sagat, I always know exactly what they’re gonna do.
It’s boring.

Vega: Hopping like the damn bunny all over the screen lol.
Outta all them I really really hate Ryu the most though.
All of them because I’m bad with all of them and I lose to all of them.
Rufus definitely,
He gets pretty annoying when he thinks he’s the best fighter if he can beat Ken Masters on and on and his intro line just gets repetitive when I face Rufus players.
“You fought the rest, now face the best.” (Something like that)
and his Outfit and Alts are just EWW
especially his Biker Outfit one.

As far as playing with a character goes, I just can’t stand playing Hakan. He just doesn’t feel right.
I don’t think I particularly hate playing against certain characters though, I think mostly because I realize I suck and the fault for losing is 100% my own. Maybe when I get better I’ll be able to recognize some moves that I find BS to play against and start hating on some characters

no way! I don’t main him, but if we’re talking about character design (playstyle, backstory, appearance, voice acting etc) then seth is definitely at the bottom. He looks boring and generic, has a stupid name. El fuerte has the stupidest noises, move names, general appearance (except his 3rd alt), and story. Rufus on the other hand actually makes me laugh, and while el fuerte’s move names (tortialla, fajita) are downright retarded Rufus’ move names are silly and seem to have no reason, which makes them funny 
I mean “spectacle romance”??!! Also I actually find the way his belly moves entertaining
