I assumed that the point of this thread was to be salty, considering that the OP is basically asking which characters make you salty.
I’m a changed man now. I’ll go from thread to thread, examining the level of salt in each and everyone.
Gief cuz its dumb to Rekka pressure 
I dislike playing against characters that rely on vortex for the most part of their game. Viper, Ibuki, Seth, Elf. I much prefer traditional footsies as those are much more interesting to me than a Viper who herpderps a burnkick into another one on my wake-up or whatever.
ryu still makes me super salty. in every game hes appeared in.
must be the white gi that constantly reminds us of salt.

I absolutely hate fighting against cammy & bison!
Bison main and I am hate for Honda.

I hate Ken/Ryu - “Street Fighter For Dummies”. I get irritated with people patting themselves on the back for winning with them… as if it’s some major life accomplishment to get good with these two characters. While they’re at it, those people should also congratulate themselves for breathing through their nose and going to the bathroom all by themselves.
T. Hawk - Most boring character I’ve ever faced in any fighting game. Who the hell designed him?? I queue dodge T. Hawk players
Zangief - very close second to T. Hawk
Bison - see Zangief
Blanka players - 3 years into SF4 and I still can’t see much of a difference between scrub Blanka and elite Blanka.
Also hate Rufus players who think winning with him is something special (I say that as a former Rufus player).
I hate Cviper players. They think playing a rather technical (well for SF4 terms anyway) character is somehow more special than playing Ryu or Zangief.

Those characters aren’t even that good when you learn how to play against them. Just backdash on wakeup against those nub Ryu/Ken if they DP all the time. There zoning isn’t all that effective. Easy to react to overheads.
Hawk/Gief either destroy a character, or get destroyed. If your character can’t beat them, then get a pocket character that does. Jump back beats like, everything that Zangief has.
Blanka is fairly easy to get into the corner. If you can anti air, Blanka can’t do anything. Crossup Blanka ball is so obvious.
Practice reacting to throws. Out of the seven characters you mentioned, four of them have trouble opening you up without throws.
EL FUERTE BLANKA! OMG I FEAR THESE CHARACTERS SO MUCH! I main gouken with subs in Ibuki and Sagat…I cant tell who to use against elf and blanka I can take on with ibuki. Those characters make me butt hurt T_T
I hate the shit out of Ryu. Why? Because everyone uses Ryu. I literally just got XBL yesterday, and had a few matches; they were: Ryu, Ken, Ryu, Evil Ryu, Ryu, Yang, Ken, Ryu, Ryu, Yun, Ryu, Dudley, Ryu, Dan, Gouken, Ryu, Ryu, Seth, Seth, Ryu, and Ryu. If I remember correctly, anyway. I might be missing one of two of them. If I am, they were probably Ryus, too. Something along those lines, anyway. There were a Blanka and Viper in there, somewhere, but they both were ass.
EDIT: Also, yaknowwhat? I friggin’ hate Seth. Seth can fellate me with his freaky-weird-sucky-belly-dimension-thing. Seth has no genitals. It’s his/its combos that piss me off. Triple SRK and those freaky air combos. Intimidating. It’s hard for me to rush him/it down as Dudley, because he/it always gets me with one of his/its command grabs. I have an easier time beating him/it with Yun. It. Seth ain’t got no balls.
3rd place - Ryu. Boring match, cause 40-50% uses him.
2nd - Guy. Awful character’s design. His special jump looks disgusting.
And the winner is… Adon. Random fast specials, generally safe, throw/dp game, combo from overhead… It’s just most borinng matchup for me.

I believe every gief user hates Seth. and for good reason. that matchup is just absolutely painful.
As an El Fuerte user I just hate fucking uppercuts. Also I dislike Jaguar Kick. As much as I love Rose, I hate fighting her. A good Rose gives me fits. As does Blanka and his up ball.
El Fuerte has mixups. but he doesnt need to rely on the vortex. He’s got an obscene nuetral game and can burn the clock like no one’s business.
Also. Damn it Honda.
I strongly dislike Vega and Zangief, but the clear winner is Sagat. you could literally neutral jump and tiger knee/tiger uppercut your way to B+
