There’s plenty of Melty Blood sprite rips.
But it’s hard to find Melty Blood ReAct or Melty Blood Act Cadenza sprites.
A Japanese program called Susie is able to open the pack files with a certain plug-in. I don’t know if you can edit the pack files or not (never bothered trying). I suppose if I wasn’t terribly lazy I could give it a try. If it does let you edit them, that would make ripping MB:R sprites incredibly easy.
Because the plug-in and program are out-dated, it only lets you view Melty Blood sprites. Never did find a newer plug-in for MB:R…
