I have recently decided to get a new stick, perhaps a hitbox style layout. But I cant find anywhere other than Amazon that has fight sticks. Arcade World used to have the Qanba stuff, but I haven’t seen any in stock for a while. I did email them asking if any newer gen ones will be coming in, will wait to see what they say next week. But in the mean time I have been looking around and it appears there really isn’t anything.
I would really be happy if there was somewhere selling something like the Panzer cases as well.
I have a TE-1 that I am using. And would really lick a stickless layout.
If I cant find a Hitbox, I may be looking at getting another fight stick. The thing is though, I can get a UFB and the buttons to build a Hitbox a lot cheaper than getting an extra fight stick and still getting a UFB. So I am really just looking around to see whats available. I am torn though. I got the stick out last night and gave it some attention, played a little SF4. And I really enjoy the feeling of a solid stick in my hands. So I may drop the Hitbox Idea all together if nothing is available.
Having said that.
The Madcats Versus is hot. When that drops down to 100 crowns I may take another look. The exchange rate for us in South Africa is the devil. Its sitting at R17.18 to the pound.
