Where to buy a custom stick with led Sanwa buttons?

Excuse my ignorance but what’s where is the spring that causes tension? In the button itself or the switch?

For sanwa and seimitsu there is a
spring inside the switch, for happ and yenox it is a combination of the plunger spring and spring inside the switches.
