Is there someone i have to talk or go to in order to buy a couple of necklaces i was hoping to get a 8-bit necklace of Juri,vega,and evil ryu?

Rather than spend a lot more money than you need, there are many good tutorials on pearler bead necklaces. Google is your friend!

I have the money to spend plus i already tried google and no luck. I not really good at crafting so this is why im asking.
