Where did the "Find someone to play with" thread go? (SSFIV AE)

I’m getting back into AE somewhat after 2 years. I’m starting over as a beginner, learning to play Ryu and use a stick. I remember there was a thread for finding people to play with, especially on PC, but I don’t know where it is or if it still exists.
