Where did capcom go wrong with songs?

By ITSELF, the Intro1 is perfectly acceptable.
But how the hell did Intro2 not qualify for the main theme? :frowning:

Yeah Volcano stage music is the best, if I could set that on every stage I would, alas that option is not in (I think). PC’ers might be able to solve that for themselves though.

Indestructible is a great song, until the lyrics start.

Overall the SF4 soundtrack feels weak. There are only 3 songs that I put on my mp3 player.

With 3rd strike I used 6o r 7 of them and for MvC1 I liked about 8 of the character themes.

Which is like what, 10 seconds? vs 3 minutes of bad?

None of the SF4 music outside of its SF2 remixes is catchy or distinctive, which leaves it not very rememberable.

It’s probably one of the most disappointing aspects to me, followed closely by stage design/selection.

i dont dislike any of the music but i do feel the majority of it is kind of… forgettable? i have to admit/claim tho that Rufus’s theme(the one with Fei Long’s battle crys mixed in) is one of the best songs ive heard in any game lol. i loved HDRemix’s Ken stage remake, and most of the other songs were very well done as well, but i guess itd be hard to mess them up since they’re remixes…
