Where can I find offline KOF players?

I know I can use the Pacific South section but no one goes there. I would really like to play this game, but I’m decisive on buying it because I would have no one to play with. And based on what I’ve read, I shouldn’t even bother using the online.

I’m located in Fontana, CA if anyone needs to know.

It looks like you live close to the SoCal KOF scene. You might have to travel a bit. Explore around a bit more in the regional matchmaking threads here and other sites to see whats up. Good luck.
