Neither are official Capcom Japan artworks. Don’t know what the first one is, but the second is a cover to one of Udons SF comics and its drawn by Chamba.
wow they really improved over at UDon. ive noticed they adopted a more japanese type style, but it really shows there
Yeah Chamba is the main artist for the SFII Turbo series. His work kinda seems European but I hear he’s an Aussie.
I think the first pic might be by the Manga illustrator for the Street Fighter Blog magazine…
