ive searched the web for frames for this game and cant find any, can someone give me a link and help me out with this problem?

Justdefend.com has all the capcom cast normals.
Try looking at the moveset and attributes threads for the frame data of the SNK chars in the character specific strategy forums.
General system frame data can be found in Buktooth88’s Systems FAQ.
Just look for it on GameFAQ’s or something.
