When is the next STREET FIGHTER or CAPCOM related comic coming out?

my only fear with this book is that it’s joe madureira’s battle chasers all over again. great book, great art, initially on time (or close at least), a little hiccup, a long hiccup, and then the fans are left holding their breath for nothing. i’ve enjoyed this book since it came out, but it’s become frustrating waiting month after month for another delay. in the past, at least udoneko posted on the boards regularly to give us updates, but now even that’s gone by the wayside.

i realize that my 2 or 3 bucks probably doesn’t matter to udon as a whole, but it’s still money that i’ll just start spending elsewhere if udon doesn’t get its act together. that’s a shame too, because up until the delays began (and even with the recent issues), it’s been a damn good book.

Looks like the SFII #1 2nd Print Sagat Cover will ship next week on the 29th. This will be confirmed on Friday.
Hopefully #3 will be ready as well, or Rival Schools, but no word yet.

to be honest, i wish that udon would focus on getting issues out instead of releasing 3-4 different covers for each one.

Issue 3 shall be shipping first week of April according to the latest news I get from the printer!!

Oh gawd, please please please be CONSISTENT…that way fans will love the comic…'cause people are turned off thinking they bought a consistent comic they can just go inside and get every month.

Erik, as forum moderator you have the capability to edit other people’s posts in this forum. Why don’t you edit my post at the very start of this thread with constantly updated release dates? That way people will know when to expect the next issue.

If you have a problem with that, just unsticky this thread and start a new thread yourself with constantly updated release dates.

I’m not trying to say anything about the delays. If they happen, whatever, i’m sure there are a lot of reasons for them. But we still need accurate dates, even if they are only tentative.

Checked with my comic book shop. Issue 3 will be in stores on Wednesday.

Killer 7 issue 2 came out, thought it was a pretty good read.

still no 2nd print of issue #1
or maybe the stores didn’t bother to order any

Raws normally come a week after the release of the actual issue.
Dont hold me to that though; Its just been like that since the first Raw issue.

SF Issue #3 Raw is not coming this week with the others as per our retailer invoice. As sfdevotion states it will likely be a week or so later.

The SF comics just can’t keep up any real level of consistancy, oh well still a good read atleast. I wonder how much longer it’d take for #4? Probably 6 weeks.

tokoyama, i’m really surprised you haven’t found any of the 2nd prints in sd. Try comics in stuff off of plaza, u might get lucky as I saw a lot of them when I dropped by unless of course, they’re sold out by now. Check it out as they are consistant with their stuff.
