There were 4/5 hidden stages
Morgan’s stage pretty good music and lots of clocks
Nakaruru’s snow field stage
Alt sagat stage with eclipse
jungle (if you fight Geese as your last char then akuma)
and kidna
alt bison stage (if you fight bison as your last char then akuma)
but in general I loved the CvS1 music and stages but i think the arcade stage was pretty cool with the automatic doors and all
Fetus of God, definitely. That stage is something else. Tower of Arrogance from that same game is pretty cool too, with the tilted perspective and everything.
This made me laugh. the “ohohohohohoh” sold it. Fucking Naga.
Anyway the Alpha1/2 stage (I dont remember which Alpha it from) with the crowed on the street that throws money at you when you win. awesome.
The Tekken 5 Stage i think in the underground club with the people hanging on the scafolding cheering you on. Sweeet!
Basically any stage where people are cheering the fighters on. Its awesome. I never understand stages where there ar epople in the back round just walkin a long like nothing happening while two guys beat the living shit out of each other shotting fireballs and shit. You totally see that everyday right?
Ryu’s stage in particular. You get the impression that he’s been spending all his time training on the top of the mountains before someone climbed the mountain to challenge him.
Mortal Kombat Deception - The Neathbelly. Fighting inside a Ghost ship while you bat hanged corpses out of your way? Awesome. Actually, a lot of Mortal Kombat stages are awesome. Say what you want about how shitty those games are, but the artistic direction of those games is second to none and still is. Gotham City in the upcoming Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe game looks pretty badass too.
I got to Say Jubei’s stage in Samurai Showdown 2 was amazing atmosphere wise and Guy’s SFA2 stage was fantastic as well. Sadly in Alpha 3 his stage sucked but Gen retained a good one …
Ken’s 2I stage was in San Francisco. I guess because of that, I assumed his other stages where in San Francisco but his SF2 stage was just as likely to be on the east coast. That man sure loves his boats though.
