Whats wrong with my MAME?

I recently installed 1.19 for the tourney, tried to revert back to 1.17 and I can’t even play anymore.

everytime it starts, it says on my screen “recording input to (null)”. if my game does load its choppy as hell cause its recording.

i tried to press left shift + F12 to turn it off, but it doesn’t work online.

my “record game” box is not checked in the p2p window.

another problem, when i click “start net play” with kaillera, it crashes on “getting server list”.

Try seeing if the record option are on in Kaillera dialog within mame. If so, turn them off.

You should’ve made another folder for it, instead of overwriting one instead of the other… (From the sounds of saying reverting back I’m assuming you didn’t)

to quickly fix it, make a back up of the folder. Then delete it all, and put it back fresh from download or something.

re-dl .117 and install it to a new folder, add ur roms and kaillera dll and u should be set.
