Are they serious tho? I mean are they really serious? We’re talking about a video game here. I mean i’m marvel hardcore. I wake up and go to sleep playing. But they were talkin like they really had beef. If he would keep his mouth closed, which wouldn’t be a bad idea considering that grill, and win tournaments then he would be on the ballot.

I thought it doesn’t matter whose better, or who wins… we play marvel for fun. And even if people lose in $100+ money matches, it should still be in good fun? someone fill me in. Also has yipes/justin wong seen this? if so, did they confront him? just wondering…
when people play for years every day for a few hours, it becomes more than a game. Especially when it reaches that point for some, it becomes gimme your god damn money.

what happened between wigfall and darkprince?
They almost got into a fight at ECC I believe.
Justin said yesterday supposedly it all started when darkprince threatened Wigfall on an online chatroom or messageboard(Most likely here at SRK)
He said that they met at some event,and Wigfall had a bunch of his boys,but nothing jumped off.
At ECC once Wigfall beat DarkPrince,DarkPrince threw the money down(This is shown in the video).Justin said that what wasn’t shown in the video was that Wigfall punched DarkPrince after the match.
I am assuming that DarkPrince didn’t bring that up in the video to try and save face I guess,but really I think both sides are at fault here(And where the fuck did Mike Chaos come from?).
oh i see now, that you mention it. Yeah, i guess large amounts of money changes a LOT of things, especially competitive gaming. if you dont mind me asking, whats one of the biggest money bets, from players (or top players) that you ever heard of? Has anyone ever done like a $1,000 marvel match? 3/5 or somethin? i dunno

This is what happens immediatly after the match is won by Wigfall.
