i always see people using words footsies "ü should get better on footsies"
hey learn to poke !!
could someone tell ime in simple what those two words mean?

making pokes its when you play at the max range of your characters move set
footsies is when you try to counter missed/wiffed moves either by doing pokes that win vs their pokes or catching them on their wiff.
i guess frame traps could go into the realm of footsies too, but usually not what people are talkin about when they say you need better footsies.
