As for Brawl+, all I’ve really heard (and correct me if I’m wrong) is:

• Wave-dashing is back, as though that somehow is conducive to good gameplay.
  Wavedashing in Brawl+ was stupid and consequently taken out.
• Tripping is out, which actually is conducive to good gameplay.
  True
• L-cancelling is back, reaffirming my theory that Smash players value dexterity tests more than the actual game.
  Aerials have less landing lag but you don’t input the command.
