The order according to Haunts: Guile, Ibuki, Balrog, Juri, and Urien
Guile is in April and Ibuki is in May. There’s no DLC character being released in the June update, so Rog will be released in July.
Really excited to see how he looks here.

necalli has good jab, fast walk speed, rush punch (unsafe), motion headbutt, and easy confirm super. unlike balrog, he also has command grab (8f) and overhead. neutral is ass but playable.

it seems like he will be out in may. haunts “said” ibuki would come out in may but weve seen balrog in story mode and pr rog has already played him so i think he would come out earlier.

I think probably all the DLC characters were already playable, they’ve probably have been developing them for a long time now. Ibuki was also in story mode, and she talked in it. So we really dont know. I think they’ll mix the males with the females.
Well at least we know what he’ll most likely look like. Kinda sad that they kept his gloves and didn’t make him bare handed or just put him in handwraps, makes his Alt 2 & 4 sausage fingers all the more likely to occur again in his SF5 alt costumes.
I think they are releasing them in the order of the picture they put up when they announced the characters
