Considering how well Necalli fairs, I’d say stubby limbs isn’t necessarily a handicap in this game.
I would be ok if his frame data improved in V-trigger. Expect a walkthrough with combo on Tuesday, Mike Rossinton has hinted as much.
Stubby normals won’t mean much if he has two things - walkspeed and forward momentum normals, and we’ve already seen his target combo that steps forward and looks safe on block. That’s huge for a character that needs to approach quickly, it’s an instant get-in

Funny every time capcom brings back a character, some 16 year old kid whos never played street fighter or SF3 compares them to dumb shit that no one fucking cares about.
