Okay, so I need a good stick that works for PS2 and PS3 but I don’t know if I want to shell out the money to someone to make me a really awesome custom stick. So what’s a good stock stick that works for both consoles? I prefer japanese parts, fyi.
Or should I just shell out the money and get a custom with all the best parts?

there is no such thing, unless you buy a ps2 stick and a Ps2 to Ps3 Adapter.

If you can’t get your hands on that, get a HRAP2 or a HRAP. The bottom line is, get something in the HRAP series or you’re cheating yourself.
if you want the best, then get a Custom Made Stick, i cant really recommend you a stocked one because i have never used one of them.

I have a Hori Real Arcade Pro 3, I’d recommend it. I’d still say my favorite stick to play on was a custom built one my friend had.
i think hrap2(sa) will work best for you. as far as i know, there is no ps3 --> ps2 converter at the moment, so if you get a hrap3 you won’t be able to use it for your ps2.
Is play-asia the best place to get jap sticks from?
