Seen it almost two years ago when I ripped it from Nicovideo. Its meh. I get that its supposed to show off Juri and set up SSF4 but it gets lame from when she oneshots Chun-Li with a kick to the chest that sends Chun to the hospital all bandaged up and onward. Guile and Cammy fight her afterward but they both get shit on. With Guile being the only person in the entire OVA to land a hit on Juri before getting beat up easily. Its just not enough back and forth fighting between Juri and Chun/Guile/Cammy that makes me think anything other than that this could have been cut by 20 minutes, had Juri fight Cammy and Guile right after she beat Chun and actually at the same time so there can at least be a real fight before Juri wins and waltz off.
Overall I thought it sucked.
