Well, we don’t know that yet. Threelions in Fuerte thread said viper’s health raised to 950hp. Older build though (mid-March), as gief and sagat health was still untouched.

Well 50 isn’t going to make a huge difference IMO either way. She can just take one or 2 more normals if that’s the case before falling on her face. I just want faster walk speed, better footsies and a more reliable anti air normal.

50 more points adds up when you take into consideration nerfed damage from SRK->FADC->Ultra and other things. She’s going to live a lot longer than in SF4.
For me 50 more points is basically being able to take another 2 in 1 combo. Basically should have just blocked a little longer. Akuma is kicking hella ass on the regular SFIV tier list and he has ass health. Characters just need to be good and not lacking shit that’s all.
I personally theorize that if I fight against a Honda with Ultra and Viper is using Ultra 2 the match is basically close to even if Ultra 2 punishes his specials like I think it would. If Honda uses Ultra 2 then yeah Viper is kinda back to being fucked cuz now he can just go willy nilly like an idiot and try to set up ultra off of whiffed butt slams and all of that shit. Anything to keep him from neutral jump HPing 24/7. Which then again…I’d rather have Ultra 2 ready for that BS along with what I’ve already learned to defend against Honda’s BS. Rog unfortunately was designed to never take risks so yeah neither Ultra will really make things any better by themselves in that respect. I think Ultra 2 will allow her to punish dash punches and TAPs with a bit more ease but I have to see it play out first I guess.

During the ultra, it looks like she travels very far. But, if you look at where they end up after the ultra is finished, they barely moved.
It does leave the opponent in position for some horrible Viper wakeup games, though. That’s pretty valuable.
Though, U1 positioning wasn’t bad, either.
Well she can’t possibly get any worst than in SFIV right? From what I’ve read, I didn’t see any nerfs so far, she got her hit boxes fixed for cr.mk(can’t remember the other), HP has been raised to addition 50(hey, atleast it didn’t go any lower), U2 is almost sure hit once you pop someone up and possibly walk speed increase.
You guys gotta remember she was made to be hard to use but after seeing pros use her, it looks like it pays off once you get her down.
Anyway, what I’m hoping for is alt costume without the faux-hawk lol
Anyone else watching the live stream? Magus did a match using Viper and it definitely looks like the hit boxes on crouching forward has been fixed. Rejoice!
I am glad she’s atleast not getting worse and getting some (small but still good) buffs. I might have to fully main Viper if Gen turns out to be as shitty as he’s made out to be so far 
It looks like Viper can SJC normals into Ultra 2 also. Magus did c.HP SJC Ultra 2 on the stream.
It did no damage with half Ultra though. 
It’s definitely an easy mode Ultra in comparison to Burst Time and you’ll more likely to see her land 2 in a round then Burst Time.

ibuki looks “akuma” fun which isn’t very fun to me so yaaa. although i guess i still have a little hope for her as people weren’t utilizing her full mixup in the matches ive seen. just the air kunai to combo throw boring “akuma vortex” crap.
