I do not agree with his list but he does has his own opinion.
XI hands down is the best KOF to date. SNK took everything that the KOF games have done right and made them all better. Then they tossed away all of the shitty stuff and made a fighting game that is worth your time and money.
I liked MI2 but the MI series still has a long way to go. 98 and 2K2 still very good games and 2K3 gets props for introducing the tag system to KOF but that’s about it.
00, 02, neowave, and XI. XI being the best. 01 and 03 are garbage.
