What would you use for
1- Cutting round art (for use with the seimitsu skeleton buttons)?
2- Cutting round holes for the button in lexan/plexi?

1 compass cutter (cheap ones on ebay)
2 spade bit slow or holesaw in reverse slow

Is compass cutter the only way to cut round art? I’m asking this because it might ruin the art.

What is you place the panel, art and plexi on top of each other and use the holesaw to cut? will this ruin the art to be used in the clear buttons?

you cut the art separately. after everything has been cut out, place the art and just use an x-acto to cut the circles out for the buttons. save the circles and then cut them to size and place them in the button. there’s a tutorial around here for placing art in seimitsu buttons.
