i want to main oni really badly, but ive read he is banned from tournaments n stuff so i dont wanna dedicate all the time in to my first main and not be able to compete with said oni at a competition when i decide to try to be at that status with him, what should i do, go to akuma instead for MAIN main, and keep oni on the backburner and use him for less competitive events/messing around…hmmm

do you know if he is going to be in ultra or not? i saw a trailer for it and didnt see him, i mean he should stay on the roster right lol
There are no characters being taken out. He is staying in Ultra with a few changes. If you want to use him, use him.
