PC, 360, ps3, or vita
360 if you have XBL, PS3 is the next best thing. PC is taking forever to update.<br>

What arcade?!?<br><br>I could be wrong on this but I believe PS3 SFxT has the same additional frame of input lag compared to 360 that SF4 has.<br>

All the offline pros play on xbl. Ps3 has local pair play (xbl doesn’t have that still, right?) Pc sucks since its not the new patch.
