Boo hoo. You lost to some guys utilizing their character to their fullest extent. Nobody is claiming to be better than any top players here, and you were the one who even brought them in the conversation. Justin has even gone back and said that this is a really fun game, but oh yeah you’ve already jumped on the hate MvC3 bandwagon. I bet you are one of those guys that bitch and moan about X being too powerful in tic-tac-toe. IT ALWAYZ MAKZ A KOOL DESIN WEN U GIT 3 N A ROW N PUT A LINE IN IT. Either man up and learn how to deal with whatever beat you, or just quit playing the game all together. It sounds like I’m being a dick, but I’m really trying to be as nice as possible. Not everything in life is fair, but fuck this game is about as fair as it gets. Every character has a real solid chance at winning. If you really can’t deal with the projectile zoning for the whole 2 minutes or less the match is, you need to find a new hobby.
I am disappointed. After about over an hour of spitting on peoples faces and playing really lame (Sent-B, Morg-A, Trish-A), I have yet to receive any hate mail. This despite the aforementioned lameness and a good number of OCVs.
Google is not hard to use. How do you think I found this website? I like reading books or blogs(on my 1hr n half ride ride to work) u should try it. You ever heard of smart phones that go online n have youtube? its not that hard to read up about whats going on? its not complicated. Dont be mad cause I can multitask lmao And i have curiosity for information. This whole thread is for you trolls. I’m just pointing it out.

Not so much a message after beating them but logged onto Live, got invited to a room from my best friend and his friends. I was having a good time in the room until I had to leave.
Come back online a few hours later and join my friend’s X-Box Live Party. Don’t even get to say anything before I’m met with

I got an unfortunately tame “ur a pussy” after beating some ryu player exclusively with psionic blaster.
Been playing a keep away/zoning team with phoenix/morrigan/Ironman usually and if I win its always because:
a) I have no balls
b) I am a pussy
c) I don’t fight like a "man"
d) I’m a scrub
After getting into same insane Trash-Talking contests with some people in SSF4, I decided to turn off all Audio/Video/Text communication with other players while I’m studying MvC3. I don’t need the distraction, and I’d rather just eliminate the “Human” element and focus on improving.

You’re indeed correct. However, that forces players to pick up characters they otherwise have no interest in.
Perhaps I should rephrase … You pretty much have to pick your teams around the idea of being able to out “keep away” your opponent, or being able to get in on him.
You cannot simply pick up this game and say “Oh I like this character and intend to use him/her” unless you have a valid strategy revolving around that character.
In Street Fighter 4 for instance, I already knew I was going to main Chun, and no amount of Sagats could make me switch because frankly speaking, despite the odds being against her, she still had a fighting chance.
Enter MvC3 … Maybe it’s because I’m simply not good at the game yet, but I cannot bring a team of say Chun, Ryu, and Akuma and expect to be comfortable against a team that has either Sentinel, Arthur or any projectile based character.
In other words, as a result of the game mechanics, you’re somewhat forced to play a certain way if you want to win … Doesn’t matter much though since the game is fun regardless.
So what you’re saying is you want to rush down without thinking about how to get in.
