I always laugh when people say Hulk is easy or “herp derpy.” Yeah, his combos are pretty simple, but good luck landing that first hit against characters like Wolverine, X-23, Mags, and Wesker.
Also, I played DJRamsey four times the other day. He’s the definition of netplayer…
I played him a TON at powerup. Beat him in a MM, but he ran it back and won. I can’t say he’s bad, he’s just abusing a simple tactic. MvC3 teaches you to beat assists by attacking often and hoping you hit two characters. Haggar laughs at this. To beat lariat you have to revert back to a MvC2 style bait and punish mindset and DJRamsey will rape you for a few games until you start to get it.
He’s good in the sense that he’s learned extended combos with his team, but I think his defense is awful. He just relies on Haggar assist too much. Luckily for him, my team (Hulk/Dorm/Sent) has a VERY hard time getting around Task + Sent assist spam. Once I get in, I have to wait and bait Haggar, which gives Task time to run away. Feels like my team is fighting an uphill battle before it begins…
Anyway, he’s a ragequitter on netplayer. I know one of the first times I played him, I was about to win but he quit. People should do that to him in offline matches. It’d be hysterical.
Also, when he did beat me a few times, he sent a message of “You like that?” My response was, “The fact that you’re a ragequitting netplayer when you lose? Yeah, I like that.”

Yes, I know he was top 8 in PowerUp. He is a decent player, but he has a shitty attitude.

I hate those guys that think they own everybody, but when you look a little bit more closely to their teams, you find that they rely too much on instant assist/get off me assists…
Haggar/Tron assists players dont have good defense… (not all of them, just a lot of them…)
just treat them like a phoenix team, snap in haggar/tron and kill them…
A lot of guys of the top 20 of xbl rely on tron/haggar assist…
of course they think they are the gods of this game…

I fighted a Supreme Rev… I will not give his name because he will be humillated.
He beated me once fairly easy, well, I got 1 sec lag and he was MEXICAN. I got the luck of founding him again, and I beat the crap out of him until I deccided to style on him and do a 103 combo with Dante and kill his last character, When I did the “Devil must Die” Super, he Rage Quitted.
Me: "Why ragequit?, you’re not gonna take the loss?"
Idiot: “I dont want to take a loss from a scrub” (Jano’s Note: really?, using Sent bomb assist it’s scrubby?, and he’s using TRON and phoenix… With Tasky)
Me: "lol, scrubby, scrubs are the ones who ragequit, go enjoy your salty Supreme Rev"
Idiot: “Im gonna call microsoft for this!”**

Well i have a simple tip for you…
You dont like the lag?? well then turn the matchmaking filters ON… the game still gets you mexicans?? then blame capcom…
Anyway, losing to lag is not something that shouldnt worry you… yes its annoying to lose that winstreak or not being able to do a combo or knowing that you could have " trashed " the other guy…
But thats how online works sometimes…
Also you should say the name… why hide it?

Bell d and Ruffian MX both from Mexico, i dont blame them… i know that they might have lag problems with some people, but they also might have pretty good games (connection wise and probably with other mexicans…).
For me anybody who plays with Doom (hidden missiles), Tron (fire) AND Sentinel online (with sent on point), with a shitty connection, its abusing the online mode…
keep in mind you only have to win 2 games to advance in tournament. In a longer set it starts to sway out of his favor. He struck me as a nice guy though.

I surprisingly get a lot of boasting and smack talk from lagging X-Hulks that only know how to mash standing H or OTG with Gamma Tsunami.

Then there are those cases, when I get a good connection game and manage to go Max Wesker on their team.

wel omgsikki, they are apparently godlike in all aspects of the game, but the only reason you won, is because a broken character beat them. That’s the only logical explanation xD

Not true. To make it to the finals of the last tournament here, that’s EXACTLY what I did to win. It also helps that I drew out the battle long enough and saved my X-Factor so I wouldn’t get chip damage.
Maybe if you use a lot of the time of the match at the start and then run for like 20 seconds you could win…
but running more than 30 seconds its just too much you risk dying and you depend on you characters mobility to do that, if you are using haggar to run… you are pretty much dead…

I got called cheap and had two people in a row ragequit from my playing a broken team.
Broken being Viewtiful Joe+Arthur because he can mash for more hits after magic series (which is unfair according to one guy) and sexy cannon goes through projectile spammers. Ugh, XBox Live.
These people were both playing some combination of zero/sent/dante/wolv/dorm. No messages. Just CONSTANT complaining over the headset.
The best fights I got are from US… And I got good connections, Idk why but Brazilians and mexicans sux in their connections…
Any character with armor that leads to a simple dial a combo is herp derp online because of lag. Which i guess is only Sent and Hulk. When its offline and theres no delay its easier to know when to hit hulk during his armored moves so it does 2 hits and knocks him out.

So it’s basically some Phoenix player that I wrecked in a ranked match.
I used my main and only team of Wolve Chun and Morri. He says I was using a different team in the sake of turning this into his favor.
I owned his first two chars with just Wolve after that he had Phoenix with 5 bars. So I switched to my Chun because it’s easier to run with. So I pretty much ran the clock and he raged quit on me around the 2 second mark. so I sent him some fun **** talking
Anyone who’s not a scrub knows that running the clock down before she turns into DP is a VALID tactic as lame as it is
I sent him all those “hate mails” because I was simply having some fun with the little girl. We all hate Rage Quitters so I figure id have a lil fun
