BlazBlue and KOF XII are coming for ps3 and 360 this summer, and GGXX #Reload have a descent netcode in pc, GGXXAC is one of the best games out in the market, but sadly you cant play it online, but you should try it

Endlessmike: Nope, it is only supported by a couple of DC emulators that don’t have online support. MAME only works with MVC1.

I’m going to TRY to get a copy of MvC2 for a decent price to play on live, as well as BlueBlaze (thats xbl Arcade right?). I’ll try out the GGPO and 2Dfighter when I get my stick…thanks guys!
no, BlazBlue is a game that isnt released yet developed bys ASW the same people behind GG, btw, you should try BattleFantasia too, its on 360, and maybe on psn this year
If I happen to come across 1, I will up it. Hopefully with all this talk about Atomiswave being fully emulated I could probably crank one out myself. But more likely than not I’ll just bump into 1 on my interweb travels and just up it to my YouTube page. But if you watch some of the earlier Tourney Vids I upped Beatrice is all up in those and Lud’s Max Temp Art is buried in one of those vids as well. If I come across it I’ll PM it to you.

I’ll second that. It’s a pretty good game by the makers of Guilty Gear. Sadly overlooked in my opinion.
You can pick it up for thirty bucks at Gamestop. Totally worth it.

Marvel on Xbox doesn’t have online play, doesn’t run properly under 360 backwards compatibility, was considered a bad port of the arcade version, and will cost about the same as an actual Dreamcast anyway (for which you can burn the game free, and it’s definitely the best port too).
Also, we are going to see an XBL and PSN release sometime before Evo, and it’s very possible that it will feature online play.
I really can’t think of any fighting games better than street fighter lol but if I had to choose, I would have to say Guilty Gear X and BlazBlue will be defiantly be a front runner for the best 2d fighting game. For 3d fighter I’d say Tekken is the best

Buy Samurai Shodown 2 on XBLA. That’s a no-brainer
Since Samurai Shodown 2 is BOTH on 2dfighter and ggpo, I doubt someone will want to buy it as well ^^
