I haven’t gotten any nasty messages yet. 
I tend not to get nice message either, but I have gotten a lot of instant friend requests after some tough fights and I actually think that’s better.

no hate mail for me so far. I’m usually not on the mic unless it’s a friend I know, so nothing there either. received quite a few positive mails, so I tend to just send those even if I beat up on the person on the other end. after all, people are playing player matches as means to learning more/getting better. a little encouragement sometimes gets you much better competition a few weeks down the line.
I’ve really only played a few ranked matches here and there too. I had an extremely bad experience with HRr ranked matches, so I was very reluctant to try them here. Have yet to have a mid-match drop though, so I suppose I’ll be playing those a bit more too.
I saw some comments about how people use the newbie looking titles so they don’t get kicked, I’ve been kicked once… I play everyday, I maintain a 2700 BP rating as Bison

I would be one of those people using a noob title I hate when people leave or quit on me before the match begins it’s extremely annoying I really think you should automatically have to fight the other player upon entering the lobby plus the game already has an option for private slots for friends

My Icon is the star with a wreath around it (I believe you get it for playing 506 online matches)…I have never seen anyone else using it.
My title is “Technician” it has a joystick in it (you get it for executing 50 technical moves in online matches).
I have people in player matches quit ALL the time…probably 2/3 matches I try to start, they kick me before we start.

Ive only had one person send me a msg. It was actually a good msg too. It was something to the effect of, “Damn, gg I got owned”
Ive msg’d other people with, “great game” , “much respect”
I’ve gotten one msg and one add just a “GG, how did you unlock Seth?” lol. Is it more a xbox thing with all the sore losers disconnecting? I haven’t experienced any of that on ps3 yet… (knock on wood)
Playing Ranked matches yesterday, I had one player drop during Bison’s Ultra. I get a message from the player apologizing. The message said, “Sorry dude trying to get 10 wins trophy.” My reply, “your lame for trying to EARN the trophy like that.” He replied back with, “azzhole”.
i played an akuma with dictator and pretty much owned him with EX headstomps and knee presses and he sent me a message that said “stop stomping me out of my moves asshole”
lol… the 10 wins in a row achievement is easy as hell to get
Yeah um…can we keep this thread more so devoted to comments and messages you get from players? Droppers list should stay in the bad games thread on the online matchmaking forums. Listing people’s names just because they dropped on you is mad old and a waste of time. I’ve been playing fighting games online since CVS2 EO and that is getting real old now. If you must do it you’re better off keeping it in the bad games thread over on online matchmaking.
I’d rather see actual comments than “oh this random scrub who doesn’t even post on SRK dropped on me and took my points!” Random scrubs are gonna take wins from you…no duh.
