Yo, I saw that video during my freshman year of high school. Pretty shocking stuff.
I remember when I was a teenager in high school. I was smarter than a lot of students but what I refused to admit was I wasn’t the smartest person. I thought I knew better than everyone else and bucked at authority. I did go to college if only because I wanted to actually do it for myself, but I took a long path to something I wanted instead of the shorter path which would have made me much more prominent in my field.
I guess what I’m trying to say is I’ve been where you are before. Listen to those saying go back to school. Go to administrators, admit your mistakes, and HOPE they keep you on even if it’s just on a probationary period. You do not want to take the road you seem to be going down. I grew up with a harsh family, too. I swallowed a lot of their shit throughout my early life. But in the end sucking it up made my life MUCH better instead of taking the bumpier road. Suck it up, kiss some ass, and make sure an early short-term solution doesn’t turn into a long-term tragedy.
