There are a few proximity block OS in SFV.

The best one I remember was Ken’s fireball ~ VT prox block OS. If they dash into it or if it’s in cancel range you’ll get to extend into a full VT combo. Same on Juri but you get less, Ken’s forward dash in his VT animation makes his really good.
